I too know that John's Autoresponder makes him money.

Like Paula, I've got one of my products in John's system....and in the last few months John has sold over 300 copies.... Making him a very reasonable return for the sake of adding one email to a sequence!

This also results in my list growing with more people who are serious enough to learn, that they've invested in a product and are likely to again.

Which then hits on what Paula said about ensuring you look after your list and only recommend quality info that will be of use to them. And Not try and go after big money just for the sake of it.

Reading between the lines I'm sure John may lose a few peoples interest - as it becomes obvious that running a real business - isn't a quick and easy buck - but a long term strategy for a sustained and growing business.

All good stuff though if you want a real business and are prepared to put in what it takes at the front end!

River - Showing my income would not make a difference to anyone reading. As anyone can see my business has grown since the start of the month. I could provide screenshots of income but I really don't think it is necessary.

However, I will be providing a detailed report in the last post of the month.

Paula - Your products are always quality and you put a lot of work into them so I have never had a problem promoting anything you create. Here's to many more sales for both of us.

Yep, I have to agree this really does work. I have been lucky enough to have John add two of my eBooks to his AR and I make money from them every day, as does John.

For those that have been ummm-ing and ahhh-ing about starting a list, my advice is the same as John's - Get your list started TODAY. The money really is in the list.

Don't be discouraged if your list builds slowly - I hear so many people say "oh, I've ONLY got 30 people on my list - I wish I had a list of thousands" - 30 people is better than zero people.

Nurture them, look after them and give them good quality content, advice and information. Keep them informed. If they trust you and know that you're not trying to give them a hard sell or bleed them dry they will be receptive to your advice and recommendations.

Treat your list with kids gloves, they are your lifeline.

Have a great weekend, John
