You don’t need to log in to submit a ticket. Just submit it and once you receive a reply you will receive an email with the reply.

Glad to have found you and what better post to to complain about the use of auto-responder without a human interface, that is never looking at what is happening and just let the auto-responder do your work. for years I ahve complained about the misuse of auto-responders

In your case; this is what has happened to me with one of your products

I order a product of yours, took advantage of a full upgrade. My site was upgraded and set aside for other business. Upon re-logging in, the site did not reflect the upgrade as it had before.

Process file a support ticket
To file must register
Log-in failed, requested password
Received immediate response with same name and password as I used to register
The log-in failed again
Filed a ticket about unable to log-in and another for my lost upgrade
Received immediate responses again with the ticket numbers

Great, except in order to read the tickets, I must log-in and since I cannot log-in, I am going in circles

In the absence of human interaction, I am responding and requesting your help here

I have lost several days on this matter already, and for that matter, I am widely promoting your new product – Yet I am unable to use it
