Day 9 – October 9th

Today has been a busy day :-)

Remember last week I said I was working with Daniel my support manager on my new helpdesk? Well today I started implementing it into my websites and by the end of the week it should be fully up and running on all my sites. You can check it out at http://www.planetsmshelpdesk.com

I feel this is a big step in my business growth and I will let you know if it cuts down on workload. I would love to hear your comments and any ideas you may have for improvement.

Today I also spent time updating two of my websites. I added the October content to http://www.privatelabelplanet.com/ and I also added 6 members eBooks to http://www.ninetydaypowerseller.com

I always encourage all members of ninetydaypowerseller.com to create their own viral eBooks and I add any new eBooks I receive to the members area so we can all sell them on eBay thus helping all our eBooks go viral. I also add any new eBooks I receive to my newsletter and you don’t have to be a member for me to do that for you. So if you ever create an eBook with resale rights and need it distributed let me have it and I will add it to my newsletter for you free of charge.

I also submitted another article today through Submit Your Article, I have just ordered another 25 to be written for me and this time I have requested they are more specific as my last batch was just general eBay selling. The next batch will target eBay eBook selling.

I have also been working on another new eBook…

Can you remember at the start of the month I said I was planning to launch 2 new products this month? Well I should have one ready to go next week and this will be a joint effort with Randy Smith.

Randy is a long time member of http://www.ninetydaypowerseller.com and is an extremely talented copywriter. I hired Randy to help me with my sales copy and email copy for http://www.mentorshipmonthly.com/

In fact Randy wrote the whole email course for me that you see on the sales page. Now before you go thinking I had no input on what Randy wrote here’s how it went.

I told Randy I wanted a 7 day course created and gave him the 7 topics I needed for each day. I already knew what I wanted to write and gave Randy a draft for each day. I told him 400 words would be sufficient for each day.

Now Randy being Randy over-delivered big style, on some days he wrote over 1200 words. Anyway, I was so impressed with what we had created I told him we needed to create an eBook about what we done but as I was busy with launching Mentorship Monthly it got put on the back burner.

Anyway, last week we were exchanging emails and the topic of the course we had created came back up. As we have all the emails we exchanged (there was a lot) there was almost enough content to create an eBook there and then. However, we have added to the content and created a fantastic eBook and we hope to get it released next week.

Now I hope you can grasp what has happened here. Upon exchanging a few simple emails we have managed to work out a product and next week it goes live. This is a product that could make both of us $1000s and it has sort of came from nothing.

In closing today I want you to check back through the posts made so far this month and look at how many business partners I am dealing with on a daily basis. Building online business relationships is critical to your online success.

So what I am saying to you now is are you building online business relationships? Can you come up with a product by working with someone else? Have a think about that.

    Hi John,

I’m looking forward to the release of the eBook you’ve written with Randy – can you tell us the title yet? I’m sure it’s going to be a big seller.

    Thanks

Well…I sort of tried that but it didn’t work 😉

Anyway John…another good post about how you do business. The support desk is looking good. Bit of an expensive script though :)

Thanks John and I look forward to tomorrow’s post…I wonder what it’s going to be all about?

    Thanks

At last I can tell people why I’ve been too busy to post much in the forums on pop up on msn….lol

Funny mark – I thought that you were working on a project that came about through reading a forum post – then talking to people until the idea developed?

So are you saying networking with others had no influence?….. I’m pretty sure you misunderstood what John meant …lol

It’s not just about getting someone to work with on a project – it’s about the relationships you develop that can lead to ideas and help of all kinds. (as well as possibly working together)

But you’ll soon be able to read all about it. 😉

I can’t wait to read what you 2 have created.

Keep up the good work people.

    John,
Just had to post a comment – and stop the downward trend of comments since Day 1 LOL
Keep up the good work – and the comments will fly in – look forward to the next one.
    Kind regards
    Jo

Submit your article seems great but the cost of $47 a month is out of my league. Making money on the net has a very high price tag it seems. All I do is spend, and get no return.
