MindMap – The 100k WSO Sales Funnel

A few days ago I was messing about on my iPad and I decided to create a quick MindMap about my latest WSO launch that has already brought in over $100,000 in sales.

After creating the MindMap I decided to post it on Facebook and the feedback has been incredible. You can check out the post on my Facebook wall here.

It seems this MindMap has been a revelation for a lot of people, something I never planned but if it’s offering tremendous value and can help others then that’s something I am proud of and want to share, hence this blog post.

If you check out the MindMap you’ll learn 3 things that you must do to ensure a successful WSO.

  1. Your WSO must offer incredible value
  2. You must put tools in place to recruit affiliates
  3. You must have an effective sales funnel

You can download the mindmap from the link below, check it out and if you have any questions please leave a comment and I’ll reply on the blog.

Also, I am thinking of putting together a pitch free webinar where I talk about what is covered in the mindmap in great detail, if this is something you’d like to see me do please let me know by leaving a comment below.

    Hi John,

Thanks for creating and sharing that mindmap – I love how it’s got a lot of valuable information condensed into one page.

Hope you have a great weekend,

    Anthony.

    Hi John

The mind map looks brilliant thanks. One question is how can you do a webinar and offer a high ticket item if you are just starting off and don’t have any high ticket items to offer??

    cheers mate

      Hey Carl,

If you don’t have a webinar of your own to promote you could find someone who does have a high ticket item they sell via a webinar and promote it as an affiliate.

    Hi John,

    Really good mind map there!

I must admit I’ve never run a WSO. High time I did I think!

    Thanks for the post.

    John,

This is such a great visual tool. I have modeled much of it for my upcoming launch and thank you for this!

    Hi John,
Been with you & watched you grow since I purchased your eBook website & promoted the ebooks on eBay way back when.
Question: Can I promote ClickBank Affiliate Products using WSO? I also would like to find a ‘dependable’ DropShipper for some tangible products for eBay.

      Hey John,

You can but you are better off looking for a high ticket item, find someone doing a webinar you like and promote that. As for drop shipping that’s not really my area. Sorry.

    Hi John,

That is a great mind map to get going with but it sure would benefit from a webinar about it for folks who are new to WSO’s as you suggested. Look forward to that if you decide to do it.

    Howdy John

Thanks for the MindMap and all the information it provides. I looked it over and was amazed at all the different things you had put on there to be done. I have never done a WSO or product launch, but I can understand a lot better what goes into it.

I did get your last one month training course WSO, and now I’m wondering if this is a sign of things to come in that training.

    Thanks again for MindMap

I would definitely be interested in a webinar going into detail on the mindmap. Thank you!

  • That’s a wicked mindmap John. Simplifies everything and really easy to follow. That’s for sharing it. Downloaded now : )

Hey John thanks for the mindmap, allthough i prefer jvzoo over clickbank will that work aswell?

    Cheers,

Yes, you can use JV Zoo and IMO it’s a lot safer to use than ‘other’ WSO affiliate platforms.

    Fantastic mindmap!

Is there anything wrong with offering say a “free” wso (webinar?) or a $1 webinar, just to get people on it, but to offer a high ticket item that way?

or is it better to do a low priced wso with a bonus webinar (and a higher ticket item there?)

    • John Thornhill

      Reply Reply May 17, 2012

I think you are better off having a paid for front end instead of a free frontend as this builds a buyer list. It’s also very hard to get affiliates to promote a free offer. You could offer 100% on the frontend to bring in affiliates to then offer your high ticket item.

I don’t think people will pay to attend a webinar but this is something I’ve never tried.

    Thanks John,

I’m gonna be launching a WSO soon and this will come in handy as I haven’t launched a one for two years now and things have changed considerably!

Hi John that looks great. Still trying to get my head around it so I’m with the group that would benefit from a webinar.

But there are some simple and clear messages in that map. It defines a plan, it follows a path, it can deliver success.

    Thanks for sharing

    Hi John

I’m also a recent new recruit.

It would be great to have a webinar about the mindmap. I think I get it but it would be great to hear your thoughts behind the detail.

    Cheers

    Hi John,

This is great, it really helps to see the thinking/process behind a successful WSO laid out in a way that’s easy to follow. I’ve got some work to do before I consider a WSO but it’s good to know I’ll have this to hand when I cross that bridge.

I’d be keen on attending a webinar where you go into more detail, so let us know if you do decide to pull something together and I’ll be sure to sign up.

    Cheers,

    Stefan

    Hey John,

    Mind Map webinar sounds great.

What tool do you use to create your mind maps? The only one I am a tad familiar with is bubbl.us

You might of even mentioned that in 1MM I think?? Maybe not.

    Best regards,
